AI Suggestions
Set aside dedicated focus time
Your session was very brief today. Try blocking off at least 90 minutes for uninterrupted work to see meaningful patterns in your productivity.
Your code focus is excellent
When you worked, 100% of time was on development. Consider extending these focused sessions — your discipline suggests you can handle longer blocks.
Closing Note
While today was just a quick check-in, your focus was impeccable during the time you worked. Even short sessions matter — they keep you connected to your project. Tomorrow, try to extend this into a longer block. The same focus applied to a full work session could yield impressive results. Every minute of concentrated effort compounds over time.

[10:00] ok so lets get started um we have a lot to cover today for the Q1 roadmap, I think we should start with the uh the main priorities
[10:02] yeah so basically the mobile app is the big one right? we need to figure out the timeline for that... sarah mentioned something about march but I think that might be too aggressive
[10:05] right right so the mobile app, um, we were thinking react native because we already have the web components and it would save us like maybe 40% of the development time... but native would give us better performance
[10:08] I talked to the design team and they said they can have the mobile mockups done by end of next week, so thats good. um what about the API changes though? because we need to support offline sync and that's a whole different thing
[10:14] ok the other big thing is the billing migration to stripe... we're currently on the old system and its causing issues with the subscription upgrades, like customers are getting double charged sometimes
[10:19] so for stripe migration james said he can start on that like next sprint? we need to handle prorations and the webhook stuff... also need to migrate existing customers without any downtime
[10:25] yeah and then theres the dashboard redesign... the analytics page is super slow because were loading everything at once, we should probably paginate that or do lazy loading or something
[10:31] ok so to summarize, mobile app kicks off in march with react native, stripe migration starts next sprint with james leading, and the dashboard performance fix is a quick win we can do this week...
